Mastering the Basics

Level 2 is all about building on the comfort your child developed in Level 1 and turning it into confidence. In this stage, swimmers begin practicing more structured movements—like gliding, floating, and jumping into the pool—while learning to combine arm and leg actions for better control in the water. These fun and active sessions help develop balance, coordination, and breath control, all while reinforcing safety in and around the pool.

Confidence Through Movement

As kids grow more confident in the water, Level 2 introduces essential techniques that form the foundation of swimming. From submerging and holding their breath to learning how to tread water and change direction mid-swim, this level encourages independence and body awareness. With playful skill-building and positive encouragement, swimmers gain the tools they need to stay safe and start moving with purpose in the water.
