Strong Strokes & New Skills
In Level 3, swimmers begin to explore deeper water with growing confidence. This level introduces more advanced skills like rotary breathing, survival floating, and flutter and dolphin kicks. Children also start learning stroke basics such as front crawl and elementary backstroke. With each session, they gain better control, coordination, and strength, laying the groundwork for future stroke mastery.
From Practice to Progress
Level 3 marks a shift from basic water comfort to real swimming progress. Kids practice stroke techniques, work on body position, and learn how to safely enter deeper water. With guided instruction, they refine their movements, improve endurance, and develop the skills needed to swim longer distances with more confidence and efficiency.
