STROKE IMPROVEMENT

Sharper Skills, Stronger Swimmers

Level 4 is where technique and confidence really come together. Swimmers refine their strokes—like breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly—while learning more advanced movements such as surface dives, and different treading kicks. With a focus on efficiency and endurance, this level helps kids swim with greater power and control in deeper water.

Fine-Tuning Form
& Flow

As swimmers advance, Level 4 builds precision into their movements. Children learn how to swim underwater, perform streamlined push-offs, and execute survival swimming techniques. By combining stroke improvement with more complex skills, this stage prepares them for longer distances and a smoother, more confident swim every time.
